Key Points About Our Program:

• Our program is a recognized, established certificate program with over 7000 graduates across Canada to date
• We deliver the program at 11 Canadian Universities in over 16 cities across Canada
• We have built the program around the PMI’s Body of Knowledge - our program is unique in that we bring 40 people together at the start of the program and they run through all modules together – thus encouraging learning through fellow students during the time spent together
• Our 2 day simulation program that completes the series is unique in that the teams are created at the start of the program and they work together on assignments throughout the program related directly to the simulation
• Our Program Director, David Barrett, provides a link to all modules as he (or a co-director) is present at the start of the first day of every module – providing guidance throughout the course, answering questions and serving as a first line of contact for all students throughout the program
• We use a web-based collaboration tool throughout the program that provides all of our students with connectivity to each other and instructors between classes
• We administer a final exam on the last day consisting of 67 questions – thus providing our students with a benchmark as to their success in the program as well as a goal that they have to keep in mind during every class
• We use independent, professional project management trainers – a different trainer for every module, thus providing variety in instruction styles as well as variety in examples and exercises

One of the key issues when running an in-house program for a client is that, inevitably, students will miss a class or two during the program due to illness or other business related circumstances.

Since all students must attend all courses within the program in order to obtain his or her certificate, these students must make-up any class they miss in order to complete the program.

The Schulich program is the only program in Canada that can offer these makeup classes in all of these cities.
